At Whole Tree Dentistry, we offer two types of dentures: Immediate and Custom
Immediate Dentures: Immediate dentures are inserted immediately after extraction (removal) of your teeth. An advantage of immediate dentures is that the wearer does not have to be without teeth during the healing period, which may take 6-8 weeks. To make this possible, we will take measurements and make models of the your jaws during a preliminary visit. We will then have your denture delivered to the Oral Surgeon’s office on the same day as your extraction.
Custom Dentures: Custom dentures can be made for you once you have healed from extraction, or if you have already been wearing dentures. Custom dentures are designed to match your appearance as well as your bite. You will be involved in the whole process, from tooth selection to color/shade preference. With so many styles, shades and materials to choose from, we’re sure to find a solution that fits your budget.
